Neil has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of sales information and compensation systems, and in negotiation and administration of GPO agreements with private and government customers. In his current position with PREZIO Health, Neil is responsible for pricing and bid analysis. Additionally, Neil oversees sales compensation design and contract administration. His familiarity with the operations of a successful medical company allows him to remain sharply focused on patient care while also reducing costs, improving operating efficiency and quality and increasing profitability.
Before joining PREZIO, Neil served as Director of Sales and Operations for numerous nationally recognized medical companies, where he managed the sales information system and compensation programs, generated monthly sales and ad hoc reports, and developed operating plans. His extensive healthcare background includes work with various leaders in the medical sector, including American Hospital Supply, Baxter International, Cardinal Health and ACI Medical Devices, Inc.
Neil received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Neil and his wife have three daughters and enjoy their spare time together by running, cycling and being outdoors, usually walking their two dogs.
