PREZIO Health began in 1979 as OnSite Services, performing surgical instrument repairs and maintenance. Over the decades, PREZIO’s offerings continued to expand, and in 2011, we changed our name to PREZIO Health to reflect the comprehensive portfolio of services we provide to healthcare organizations.

PREZIO Health offers services to optimize every stage of the surgical process, including perioperative services, repair, maintenance and management of surgical instruments and endoscopic equipment, and educational programs for CSPD staff. Our aim is to ensure uninterrupted workflow and the highest quality patient care.

ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certification

Quality is as important to us as it is to our customers. PREZIO Health conducts continuous testing and validation of our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008. These standards apply to all repairs, service and maintenance of handheld medical devices (including general, microscopic, laparoscopic, pneumatic and electric hand pieces and accessories and endoscopic equipment), conducted at our repair facilities.
